Horrible we waited in line for an hour then when we finally made it to the counter if we were not members. We would have to purchase a membership or go elsewhere. Ya we can just pick up and leave and break are grandsons heart. They should have a sign up warning people this is poorly managed and we do not recommend anyone come here for a birthday because they were getting rejected as well wow how do you survive.

Sure the kids enjoy the activities but this place is gross, not clean at all. I. Hate hate, double hate, loathe entirely!!!Trash cans over flowing. Several staff at concessions just stare at you not help you. Drinks served dripping in soda and iceee all over the outside of the cups. The music is so loud in entry way you cannot even discuss what is needed with cashier. But mostly the gross ans sticky needs be better dealt with, there is plenty of staff around.

My kid loves going. There's parties happening most of the weekends so it does get pretty full. A few times they had hit maximum capacity, so that speaks for itself. Staff pretty friendly. Their strawberry icey so bomb. Lol. They do check wristbands here and there. They have these 2 super cool slides yu go down with a mat. Super cool. A climbing wall. Most definitely a place yu should check out.

My wife and I came here for the first time today with our two children and were absolutely blown away by how kind and welcoming the staff were. It's so nice and refreshing to go to a place and genuinely feel real human interaction and kindness you just don't come by stuff like that now a days and I thought it was worth a mention, fantastic place to take your family I promise you'll have fun and Tahari will take care of you that man deserves acknowledgement for the kindness he showed me and my family thank you again guys! - The Winey's

Fun for the kids but they have zero attention to cleaning, women's bathroom had no toilet paper in at least one stall, food and debri on the floors everywhere and all kinds of employees standing around ignoring it. A spilled slushy was reported at least twice before anyone came to "clean up" and then didn't even try to get it all and dripped the liquid all along the floor in front of the food counter after mopping it with out bringing a bucket. The management needs to step up their employee training for keeping the areas clean.

Communication is key, I wish communication was better from the start. Things didn’t work out for my family and I due to shortage of staff at this location. We waited a few weeks ( continuance call) to finally get our refund, but we are in tough times right now and shortage of staff is everywhere right now. The new general manager Joey was so helpful to explain what happened and what the hold up was and we were refunded. Thank you Joey!

My first time coming to a place like this and honestly, I wasn’t very impressed. I walked in about 20 minutes after opening and didn’t see a single employee. When we did get an employee, she was super nice and the best part of being there. For the building to have just opened for the day I expected it to be cleaner. It was clear the place hadn’t been walked either the night before or before opening as there was trash, clothing and gum on a lot of the trampoline equipment. Where the ball pit was located, it was clearly not maintained as the partition was falling apart and kiddos/balls had access to go where they shouldn’t. The place hadn’t been vacuumed in what seemed like a while and the family restroom was not cleaned. We made the best of the time we had there because of our kiddos, but I’d rather try a different location before ever coming back.
